Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or new product launches.

Shipping Days

We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. 

Delivery Responsibility

C + C Melaine is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
