Returns
We gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit. Please return the items in the way you received them and unworn. Returns are only accepted 14 days after the posted delivery date. Anything past the 14 days, unfortunately we can't accept.

- Sale items
- Shoes
- Accessories
How to return:
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please make sure to include your name or order number in the package!
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Make sure to keep your tracking number in case this is the case!

Late or missing returns
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. A store credit code will be issued via email or phone number provided by the customer. If you haven’t received your store credit code within 5 business day of the return showing delivered, please contact us at ccmelaineboutique@gmail.com .
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing it; unless it has already been shipped. No cancellations are guaranteed. Please make sure your order is correct before placing your order.
